Body Of Antichrist

Part XI

Parts IX and X of the Body of Antichrist summarized the strongholds of the three timelines, with a rehearsal of the kingdoms that interacted with Israel in the BC timeline. It also recounted our progress in understanding the Prophetic Parallels between the Six Old Testament era kingdoms, and the Six New Testament era kingdoms.

As we processed the impact of these revelations over the years, we came to realize that the Prophetic Parallels simply demonstrated the BC era kingdoms had elements that were eerily repeated in the AD timeline kingdoms. I gradually realized this was a supernatural similitude that we now refer to as Sequential Recapitulation. It took some time for us to grasp that the fallen angelic "princes" ruling behind the Six earthly BC era kingdoms of Egypt, Assyria, Babylon, Persia, Greece, and Rome, had to be the cause of the similarities between the Six Spiritual AD era kingdoms of the Holy Roman Empire, Imperial Spain, Britain, Russia, Germany, and America!

"We wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against…the rulers of the darkness of this world" (Ephesians 6:12).

Because it is imperative that we understand the often unrecognized difference between the BC kingdoms and the AD era kingdoms, I'll repeat the previous assertion.

In the BC timeline, physical Israel was chosen to be the vessel that was blessed by the LORD to interface with the Gentile nations. The LORD's bountiful blessings were routinely manifested through Israelite primacy in conflict.

The epitome of this supernaturally driven favor was seen in the reign and dynasty of King David. Through the prophet Nathan, God said the following to David:

"I took thee from the sheepcote, from following the sheep, to be ruler over my people, over Israel: And I was with thee whithersoever thou wentest, and have cut off all thine enemies out of thy sight, and have made thee a great name, like unto the name of the great men that are in the earth…moreover I will subdue all thine enemies" (II Samuel 7:8,9; I Chronicles 17:10).

This shows the nature of the Old Covenant blessing of Israel, and also indicates just why they suffered military and other types of reversals (famines, pestilence, rebellions, etc) when they strayed from the ways of the LORD.

The kingdom of God established by Christ in the AD Christian era is decidedly different, and yet the Prophetic Parallels remain. First and foremost, JESUS CHRIST plainly stated His kingdom was not of this world.

"My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews" (John 18:36).

From the earliest time when the Lord spoke to King David about the "son" of David that God described, the LORD said that He would establish His kingdom.

"And it shall come to pass, when thy days be expired that thou must go to be with thy fathers, that I will raise up thy seed after thee, which shall be of thy sons; and I will establish his kingdom…and I will establish his throne for ever" (I Chronicles 17:11,12).

The prophecy of this "son" provided additional information concerning the very special prophet the LORD had told Moses about centuries earlier, when he said that He was going to "raise up" a prophet to rule Israel.

"The Lord thy God will raise up unto thee a Prophet from the midst of thee, of thy brethren, like unto me; unto him ye shall hearken" (Deuteronomy 18:15).

So from the time of Moses and the Passover/Exodus, the Israelites were aware that a great prophet was coming to Israel, and they knew He would be an Israelite because the LORD said he would be "of thy brethren."

On the occasion where King David purposed to build a great "house" for the LORD, from then on it was known this great prophet would be descended from David.

However, unlike David, who would "sleep with thy fathers" (II Samuel 7:12), this "son of David" was to have his throne last forever. Thus we see the revelation of the Son of God was gradually being revealed. God had already told Moses that this prophet would speak the words of the Father:

"I will put my words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him" (Deuteronomy 18:18).

And He further told Moses that anyone that did not "hearken" unto the word this prophet would speak in the name of God, was to answer to the LORD.

"And it shall come to pass, that whosoever will not hearken unto my words which he shall speak in my name, I will require it of him" (Deuteronomy 18:19).

This theme continued through the generations, as many centuries after the time of David, an angel revealed to the prophet Daniel that it was after the four consecutive Gentile kingdoms imaged in the dream of Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon, the LORD would establish the kingdom repeatedly predicted:

"And in the days of these kings [the four kingdoms just mentioned in the chapter] shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever" (Daniel 2:44).

Now we see that this kingdom, which shall center on a prophet who will "Be like unto [the LORD himself]," and will center on a "son of David" – will "stand for ever," and it will not be left to any successors (the "other people" of Daniel)!

This is obviously a supernatural being that was promised to Israel, as the New Testament further tells us that this "son of David" will exhibit all the characteristics of God Himself!

"For unto which of the angels said he at any time, Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee? And again, I will be to him a Father, and he shall be to me a Son?" (Hebrews 1:5)

The writer of Hebrews continued to proclaim the divine nature of the Son of the living God.

"To which of the angels said he at any time, Sit on my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool?" (Hebrews 1:13).

As the Old Covenant established the foundational laws of God, it is interesting to realize the Lord had already declared He is the only God.

"Thus saith the Lord the King of Israel, and his redeemer the Lord of hosts: I am the first, and I am the last: and beside me there is no God" (Isaiah 44:6).

The Scripture tells us the LORD is a jealous God.

"For the LORD thy God is a consuming fire, even a jealous God" (Deuteronomy 4:24).

In the Old Testament, the LORD had said He will not give His glory to another.

"I am the Lord: that is my name: and my glory will I not give to another" (Isaiah 42:8).

And yet in the New Covenant, when the Scripture provides many overwhelming proofs that God sent His divine Son to redeem mankind, the Scripture says that God the Father decreed that His Son be worshipped.

"When he bringeth in the firstbegotten into the world, he saith, And let all the angels of God worship him" (Hebrews 1:6).

Since Jesus clearly told us that "God is a spirit, and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth" (John 4:24) we learn that while Christ was in human form, it was for our benefit.

"In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins [for He] is the image of the invisible God…for by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him" (Colossians 1:14-16).

Thus, as the end of the BC age came about, and unrepentant physical Israel was removed from His sight, the AD Christian age emerged. As Christ is the head of the collective assembly of the believers, our redeemed, born again Spiritual man or woman is still earthbound in physical form, even as our Spiritual man is in Christ NOW at the right hand of the Father.

As the LORD brought this miraculous translation into redemption about, clearly the Christian age was decidedly different from the BC era. The earthly kingdoms in the AD Christian era were influenced by the Spiritual body of Christ, but these kingdoms were mingled with the people under the sway of the fallen angels, as the dark power sought to erode the influence of Christ during the AD Christian era.

After two millennia, the dark principalities succeeded in bringing about a "falling away" from the truth of the Gospel, even as the LORD released the restraint of the evil. Thus, the AD Christian era kingdoms Sequentially Recapitulated the kingdoms in the BC era, and the Prophetic Parallels are the evidence of the presence of the princes who "kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation" (Jude 1:6).

Just as the prophets told us in advance the Six chronological stages of the BC Old Testament timeline would be repeated in the Six AD Christian era kingdoms, they also gave us the Scriptural blueprint for the third timeline, in which the third set of Six stages counts down to the end of the world.

Like the AD Christian era timeline, that third timeline (the Era of Antichrist) is inhabited by the sons and daughters of God who dwell in heaven in the kingdom of God, mingled with those who dwell on the earth, who are unredeemed.

And this astonishing truth of the Lukewarm third timeline, which is the Era of Antichrist, was also seen by the prophet Daniel. In his original account of the BC era Old Testament kingdoms which are "doubled" in the AD Christian era, the third timeline is also in view.

"And whereas thou sawest iron [the symbol of the final earthly kingdom] mixed with miry clay [the symbol of the redeemed-Isaiah 64:8] they [the sons and daughters of God] shall mingle themselves with the seed of men: but they shall not cleave one to another, even as iron is not mixed with clay" (Daniel 2:43).

But further elaboration of how the BC era earthly kingdoms, and the AD era Spiritual kingdom of Christ, seek to mingle themselves in the Era of Antichrist must keep for another installment of the Body of Antichrist.
