Body Of Antichrist

Part III

 

 

 

 

 

As this series is examining the body of Antichrist, it's important to point out that we've already established this "body" is the same thing as the Image of the Beast. Thus, in articulating the characteristics of this group, as we seek to understand how it functions (and how to interact with it, etc), we also apply the knowledge we've gained through the recognition of the true identity of the Image.

 

In our last 2 chapters, we also focused on the "life" the False Prophet spirit gives to the body of Antichrist. The short version is the Greek term for "life" that is used in that verse in Revelation is a different word than the one that is routinely used for the "Life" our Father in heaven gives through JESUS CHRIST.

 

As we pointed out, the Life that God gives is Zoe (pronounced Zo-Ay) in the Greek, in the classic sense of Spiritual Life.

 

"When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory" (Colossians 3:4).

 

The Greek word rendered life in the verse where the spirit of the False Prophet gives "life" to the Image of the Beast, is pneuma -- a rarely used Greek word.

 

Although I dislike studies based on linguistics, as it is the turf of the "scholars" who so frequently end up leading us astray, it is clear from the Greek dictionary that "pneuma" points us to a human spirit, as opposed to the Spirit given exclusively by the LORD.

 

For instance, Strong's Exhaustive Concordance of the Bible renders pneuma as follows:

 

"Pneuma, a current of air, i.e. breath by analogy or figuratively a spirit, i.e. (human)" (Strong's Exhaustive Concordance, first published in 1890).

 

The connotation inherent in pneuma appears to be earthly, with specific emphasis on the spirit of man. Thus, the "life" that is derived from the False Prophet (who comes "out of the earth") emphasizes the spirit of man (who also came out of the earth, i.e. made from dust), distinctly apart from the Spirit of God.

 

We know from the Scriptures that the "natural man" (or the unredeemed man as in I Corinthians 2:14) has a spirit that will die when his earthly life comes to an end, and unless he has been regenerated by the Spirit of God in Jesus Christ, he will stand in judgment without the eternal Spirit of God everyone needs in order to continue.

 

This is addressed in Revelation when the text tells us he that has received "the first resurrection" has no vulnerability to "the second death."

 

"Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power" (Revelation 20:6).

 

Because the Bible plainly states there is a "second death," obviously there is a first death, which would be associated with the physical or earthly death that all people experience.

 

"And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment" (Hebrews 9:27).

 

Therefore, all mankind that has failed to repent and come to Christ because they have been persuaded by the spirit of the False Prophet that their earthly "life" is sufficient, will face the judgment of God, and subsequently the Spiritual death indicated by the term "the second death."

 

Once again, we see the agenda of the spirit of the False Prophet is not to coerce mankind to worship the fictional entity of "the" Antichrist, it is to deter anyone from asking the LORD Jesus Christ to be forgiven of their sins, and become their Saviour, as that is the exclusive mechanism that God has provided in which individuals receive the first resurrection. 

 

This confirms how the divided spirit of Satan that is associated with the "False Prophet" spirit "causes" the earth (and "them which dwell therein") to follow the spiritual Death that inhabits the Antichrist beast, "whose deadly wound was healed." 

 

Still on the subject of the Greek language in which the Gospel of Jesus Christ was transmitted, there is another important truth that is imbedded in the Scriptures, and it is related to our study of the Body of Antichrist.

 

In the Bible, it is obvious that the "Beast" that the False Prophet spirit causes the world to embrace is related to government. That is yet another reason the false prophets continue to pitch the fraud of "the" Antichrist, as well as why the leadership of the fallen body of Christ steadfastly resists the identification of the four beasts of Daniel 7 as empires in the AD Christian timeline.

 

The Christian Medians know the Lion beast of Daniel 7 was the British Empire, and the Bear beast was the Soviet Union. After the Leopard beast of the Third Reich of Germany was defeated and the Diverse beast of America became the sole surviving superpower, the false prophets of our time emphasized "the" Antichrist fiction as a way to distract from the truth.

 

The common belief that "the" Antichrist receives a mortal head wound is the ruse used by the spirit of the False Prophet to shift attention away from the sequence of the Beast Empire, which began as America, and developed into the globalist New World Order of our time.

 

Revelation tells us the Lion, Bear, Leopard, and Diverse beasts of Daniel consolidate as the combined beast of the Era of Antichrist. 

 

"And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority" (Revelation 13:2).

 

By offering the fiction that the mortal head wound the supposed Antichrist receives speaks of a superman who supernaturally survives an assassination attempt, the spirit of the False Prophet is able to detour the Christians from following the systematic AD era progression of the kingdoms.

 

Daniel 7 tells us the Lion, Bear, Leopard, and Diverse Beast kingdoms will be immediately followed by the Little Horn, who arrives at precisely the expected juncture in the AD timeline. After the eagle's wings were plucked from the Lion in 1776, Britain continued to reach around the globe.

 

"The first [beast] was like a lion, and had eagle's wings: I beheld till the wings thereof were plucked" (Daniel 7:4).

 

The British Empire (the Lion) reached a crucial point in the 20^th century when it liberated Jerusalem from the Ottoman Empire (and Islam) in 1917. That same year, the Bear kingdom of Russia and the Soviet Union stood up with the Bolshevik revolution, and subsequently devoured the three tiny Baltic states of Lithuania, Estonia, and Latvia.

 

"And behold another beast, a second, like to a bear, and it raised up itself on one side, and it had three ribs in the mouth of it" (Daniel 7:5).

 

As the bear then sought to export Communism to Germany, the Leopard kingdom of Nazi Germany rose to oppose it.

"After this I beheld, and lo another, like a Leopard which had upon the back of it four wings of a fowl; the beast had also four heads; and dominion was given to it" (Daniel 7:6).

 

The Nazi were conquered by the Allies, which consisted of four generals in a Sequential Recapitulation of Alexander the Great's Grecian Empire (which was succeeded by his four generals). The contemporary Prophetic Parallel occurred at the end of World War II in 1945.

 

After the Diverse Beast of America absorbed the predecessor empires, just as the sequence of the Lion, Bear, Leopard, and Diverse predicted (and the oil potentates of the Middle East began to come into prominence in what would become the ten king oil cartel), the Little Horn of Israel emerged in 1948.

 

"I considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them another little horn, before whom there were three of the first horns plucked up by the roots" (Daniel 7:8).

 

The resurrection of Israel after two thousand years stunned the world, and particularly impacted Christians. This "resurrection" was welcome news to the Christians, who have been taught since the 19^th century that God will yet save the Jewish people during the tribulation – after the fictional Rapture.  

 

"And I saw one of [the Beast's] heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast" (Revelation 13:3).

 

The word "wondered" is existemi in the Greek, where we get our word ecstasy, and it is rendered in other verses as astonished. The word is frequently used of the astonishment that occurred in verses describing resurrection, such as when Jesus raised the daughter of one of the rulers of the synagogue from the dead.

 

"And he took the damsel by the hand, and said…arise. And straightway the damsel arose, and walked…and they were astonished with great astonishment" (Mark 5:41,42).

 

Likewise, when Christ's two disciples were walking to Emmaus, and recounting how they had heard that Jesus was resurrected from the dead, they used existemi.

 

"And certain of them which were with us went to the sepulchre…but him they saw not. Yea, and certain women also of our company made us astonished, which were early at the sepulchre" (Luke 24:24,22).

 

In other words, all the world was astonished at the "healing" of the deadly wound – which was the resurrection of Israel in 1948.

 

As vast numbers of professing Christians are ecstatic at the resurrection of Israel, even as the spirit of the False Prophet has convinced them that the believers themselves are not the recipient of the LORD's promises to raise "Israel" from the dead, they refuse to see that Physical Israel is a manifestation of Antichrist.

 

"And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven. And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them" (Revelation 13:5,7).

 

While evangelical believers have been instructed that those who teach the church is Israel is a false doctrine they've dubbed "replacement theology," the rotating salvation system known as Dispensationalism (the Rapture Cult) has transformed the Little Horn into a positive fulfillment of prophecy, when it is actually the primary fulfillment of the rise of Antichrist – and a massive number of believers are caught in that insidious snare.

 

"For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth" (Luke 21:35).
