Communiqué

Mission To Emmaus

 

Part Two

 

 

 

 

 

In our last Communique, we detailed the Scriptural account of Christ's incognito Mission To Emmaus, in which He rescued the faltering faith of the two disciples walking on the road to the village of Emmaus.

 

"And, behold, two of [the disciples] went that same day to a village called Emmaus, which was from Jerusalem about threescore furlongs" (Luke 24:13).

 

The disillusionment affecting the duo came on the day of Christ's resurrection, as the two disciples did not yet know the LORD had been raised from the dead. Thus, they were in a state of despair as their hopes had not only been dashed with Christ's brutal murder, the prevailing mood of the people was aggressively moving against the disciples of Jesus.

 

"A damsel came unto [one of Christ's disciples] and came unto him, saying, Thou also wast with Jesus of Galilee" (Matthew 26:69).

 

The circumstances of life just after Jesus was killed Prophetically Parallel the discouraging days immediately following the inauguration of Joe Biden, when it was hoped some legal action would take place due to the overwhelming amount of evidence that the 2020 election was stolen from Donald Trump. While it is a given that the election was a political procedure – as opposed to the fact that Jesus was believed to be the  divinely dispatched Saviour who would return the nation of Israel to the LORD – the sense that evil had triumphed in both cases was all pervasive.

 

In Trump's case, the bizarre instance of the government seeking to impeach him after his successor was already installed seems downright ludicrous. This mirrored the request of the religious establishment to guard the tomb of Jesus when he was already dead.

 

"The chief priests came together unto Pilate, Saying…Command therefore that the sepulchre be made sure until the third day, lest his disciples come by night, and steal him away, and say unto the people, He is risen from the dead" (Matthew 27:62,64).

 

In reality, in a classic case of what is called "projection," the priests projected their own brand of deceitful schemes onto the disciples. Because they saw the movement inspired by Jesus as political (as opposed to a supernatural move of the LORD), they anticipated the possibility of a fraudulent resurrection, because that is what they would do if the roles were reversed.

 

In yet another example of doubling, the politicians who seek to impeach Trump when they've already criminally manipulated the man out of office, is a temporal recapitulation of the priestly deceit, because if they can achieve total legislative removal of power in accord with legal procedure (requiring confirmation by the US Senate), they believed they could seal the "tomb" of Trump's electoral defeat, and eliminate any chance of Trump rising to power again.

 

At this writing, the Senate is presently scheduled to hold an impeachment "trial" of President Donald Trump in the second week of February, 2021. The fact that this will be the second trial of Trump is yet another Sequential Recapitulation of the multiple accusations against Jesus Christ.

 

The reader will recall that in multiple accounts, Christian Media has propagated the concept that certain events are recapitulated by different players years later, in a supernaturally driven phenomenon. Examples of the prophetically significant premise are seen in the written work and video productions on Twin Timelines, as well as Double Double: Déjà vu In Bible Prophecy (see also The Armageddon Script book and the Déjà vu DVD).

 

It may also be noted that a comparison between the LORD Jesus Christ and the decidedly flawed human being Donald Trump does not mean we are oblivious to the shortcomings of the President. Like all created beings who profess faith in Christ, Mr. Trump is on a journey of discovery.

 

Spiritually blind critics of the Gospel (as well as conservative thought) have recently referred to "the cult of Trump" -- an indication of their ignorance of the concept of grace, and how God can move through vessels who realize the Father does intervene in earthly matters when He sees fit.

 

Indeed, we see the President as aware of the Spiritual dimension, with the war in the heavenlies raging within Him, just like it does with every other man or woman that has historically embarked on a life influenced by the glorious power of the most high.

 

"But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us" (II Corinthians 4:7).  

 

As the LORD continues to pour out understanding to the Spiritual Remnant of Israel concerning the desperate times in which we find ourselves, there is a strong impulse to focus on our circumstances. In this, the body of Christ is sequentially recapitulating the lives of the two disciples who were en route on the road to Emmaus.

 

Nothing changed in the circumstances of their journey before and after Jesus joined them in the trek to the fabled village – except their perspective.

 

Christ was resurrected before He walked along beside them – but even though they were unaware of that fact, the Scriptures had witnessed to it all along. Thus, the joy they experienced when their "heart burn[ed] within us, while he talked with us" (Luke 24:32), was available all along their journey.

 

I submit that if they had known the truth that the Scriptures reveal everything about the times in which we live, the distressing turn of events that had occurred would have had little impact on our lives.

 

For instance, we would be aware that the events which have just occurred when the American people were manipulated into accepting a corrupt pretender to lead us, doubled the ancient account when the people chose Barabbas instead of the gentle Saviour.

 

Jesus had drawn huge crowds as he preached of righteousness and eternal life. Barabbas, on the other hand, was known as a violent criminal who could care less for the souls of the Jews.

 

By all logic, the crowd that heard Pontius Pilate trying to convince the people to choose Jesus to be released by the Romans should have cheered when they saw the opportunity to save the one who served God.

 

"Now at that feast the governor was wont to release unto the people a prisoner, whom they would. And they had then a notable prisoner, called Barabbas" (Matthew 27:15, 16).

 

The multitude should have chosen Jesus for salvation, but they were influenced by the Spirit of the False Prophet, which at that time, resided in the priests and elders of Judaea.

 

"But the chief priests and elders persuaded the multitude that they should ask Barabbas, and destroy Jesus" (Matthew 27:20).

 

In previous studies, Christian Media has shown that the events of each Scriptural account are played out on a much larger scale many years later. Furthermore, it's clear that the Flesh and Blood identities are far less important than identifying the Spiritual faction moving behind the veil of the material world in each generation.

 

In what we call the Triuniverse, we have previously shown that Satan has a divided mind, with his power projected in the imagery associated with Death and Hell.

 

"Satan…is divided against himself; how shall then his kingdom stand?" (Matthew 12:26).

 

The Spirit of Hell, which resides in Revelation's description of the  metaphoric picture of the False Prophet, persuaded the multitude that they should ask Barabbas [Death], and destroy Jesus.

 

"And [the False Prophet-Spirit of Hell] exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein [the multitude] to worship the [Antichrist beast-Spirit of Death], whose deadly wound was healed" (Revelation 13:12).

 

The term "multitude" is used allegorically as a synonym for those who dwell on the earth.

 

"And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship [Antichrist-Death], whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world" (Revelation 13:8).

 

Conversely, the salvation of Israel was accomplished in the resurrection of JESUS CHRIST, and we are raised from the dead with Him in our Born Again Lives. Thus, as the sons and daughters of God, we are Spiritual offspring, and we do not "dwell upon the earth" (Revelation 3:10) with the multitude.

 

Because of our conditioning and the sensory input of our Flesh and Blood person – the one that has an end of existence at some point in time – it is sometimes difficult for us to perceive that we exist in the Spiritual realm NOW – and that Spiritual existence began when you were Born Again.

 

Thus, when we read verses in Revelation about how the angels proclaim joy to those who are heaven because the dragon is cast out of heaven and into the earth, we tend to think of angels in heaven, instead of ourselves.

 

"Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! For the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time" (Revelation 12:12).

 

Once again, that is how the Scripture can definitively say "all" that dwell on the earth shall worship Antichrist (Revelation 13:8).

 

As a brief side note, the Rapture Cult attempts to deal with this verse by claiming the "all" that are on the earth following Antichrist have been "Left Behind" at the "Rapture." They then seek to nullify their own lie by saying you can still be saved if you perform heroic actions (usually involving martyrdom) during the tribulation!

 

It is even more thrilling to realize that earthly reversals of fortune are only shadows of obstacles, as our Saviour demonstrated when He chose to rescue the two disciples in His glorious Mission To Emmaus. They were  despondent because they failed to recognize the events associated with Christ's death as necessary to the LORD's program of salvation for Israel.

 

"If a man have an hundred sheep, and one of them be gone astray, doth he not leave the ninety and nine, and goeth into the mountains, and seeketh that which is gone astray?" (Matthew 18:12).

 

To put it another way, when we realize that our Spiritually Born Again man (or woman) is in heaven with Christ NOW, setbacks in this earthly world have little impact.

 

"We know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose" (Romans 8:28).  

 

Finally, the Prophetic Parallel of the Four Horsemen, which has been revealed to continue in an ever accelerating cycle manifesting earthly events within the worldly kingdom of America, only affects those who "dwell upon the earth."

 

As the true body of Christ (which is the Remnant of Spiritual Israel) – as opposed to the so called "Church" – any material setback is only temporal, as the body of Christ exists now for eternity in the heavenlies.

 

"And they shall see his face…and there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever" (Revelation 22:4,5).
